The Baccalaureate of Arts (BA) is a graduate level program that is offered  as a fresh and innovative system of delivering higher educational services in a manner that differs from the formal, highly structured, and classroom-oriented traditional approach.. This, in fact, could be considered to be the primary step students who wish to pursue a General Arts Degree. This 3 year course is offered to students who have passed XII Standard. This course has been launched in Tamilnadu Council with a view to spread higher education to all without any prejudice.

AutoCAD is a 2-D and 3-D Computer Aided Drafting software application used in architecture, construction, and manufacturing to assist in the preparation of blueprints and other engineering plans. Professionals who use AutoCAD are often referred to as drafters.

CAREER PROSPECTS

While drafters work in a number of specialties, the five most common specialization areas are as follows: mechanical, architectural, civil, electrical, and electronics. Mechanical drafters prepare plans for machinery and mechanical devices.

Architectural drafters draw up plans for residential and commercial buildings. வாழ்வியலின் எல்லா அங்கங்களையும் திருக்குறள் கூறுவதால், அதைச் சிறப்பித்துப் பல பெயர்களால் அழைப்பர்: திருக்குறள், முப்பால், உத்தரவேதம், தெய்வநூல், பொதுமறை, பொய்யாமொழி, வாயுறை வாழ்த்து, தமிழ் மறை, திருவள்ளுவம் என்ற பெயர்கள் அதற்குரியவை. கருத்துக்களை இன, மொழி, பாலின பேதங்களின்றி காலம் கடந்தும் பொருந்துவது போல் கூறி உள்ளதால் இந்நூல் “உலகப் பொது மறை” என்றும் அழைக்கப்படுகிறது. இப்பாடல்கள் அனைத்துமே குறள் வெண்பா என்னும் வெண்பா வகையைச் சேர்ந்தவை. அக்காலத்தில் இவ்வகை வெண்பாக்களால் ஆகிய முதல் நூலும் ஒரே நூலும் இதுதான். குறள் வெண்பாக்களால் ஆனமையால் “குறள்’ என்றும் அதன் உயர்வு கருதி “திரு” என்ற அடைமொழியுடன் “திருக்குறள்” என்றும் பெயர் பெறுகிறது.. குறளானது ஈரடிகளில் உலகத் தத்துவங்களை சொன்னதால், இது ‘ஈரடி நூல்’ என்றும், அறம், பொருள், இன்பம் அல்லது காமம் என்னும் முப்பெரும் பிரிவுகளைக் கொண்டதால், ‘முப்பால்’ என்றும் அழைக்கப்படுகிறது
