B.Com B.Ed (Baccalaureate of Commerce + B.Ed) – The 4-year Integrated B.Com B.Ed  Programme is a combination of Baccalaureate  Programme in Accountancy and Education course.

OVERVIEW:

Integrated B.Com, B.Ed. Programme of Tamilnadu Council for Open and Distance Learning has been introduced to make the teachers self-reliant in teaching Commerce to students  It is planned to equip student-teachers with the fundamental knowledge and skills of commerce education. Such knowledge and skills would help teachers to teach in the classroom of upper primary and secondary school students.

CAREER PROSPECTS:

After completing B.Com. B.Ed. Integrated course, graduates are eligible to take up teaching commerce jobs at secondary or higher secondary levels in schools. The Course will be of great help to students who would like to pursue a career in teacher education
