Overview
Nattuvangam focuses on the rhythmic and conducting aspects of Bharatanatyam. This programme trains students to become skilled conductors, coordinators, and teachers in classical dance performances.
Course Objective
- To train students in Tala and Laya systems
- To develop proficiency in Solkattu (rhythmic syllables)
- To enable coordination between dancer and orchestra
- To prepare students for teaching and stage direction
Duration :1 Year
Course Fee: Rs.4500/- Exam Fee: Rs.1000/-
Eligibility: Intermediate level Bharatanatyam (should have learnt Varnam)
- A Pass in 10th Standard
- Completed Diploma Exam or Arangetram / above 8 years of Experience
