 OVERVIEW

Labour Law courses are a study related to the protecting and apprising the laws in favour of the labourers. The aim of the course is to provide the student with an overview of the laws and regulations that affect the functioning of the employment relationship. The programme examines the duties of both employees and employers and attempts to provide students with a broad understanding of employment law issues through the analysis of existing legislation and case law.
