B.Sc B.Ed (Baccalaureate of Science + B.Ed) – The 4-year Integrated B.Sc B.Ed  Programme is a combination of Baccalaureate  Programme in Computer Science and Education course.

OVERVIEW:

The integrated B.Sc.B.Ed  Programme is a 4 year programme which makes the students self -reliant in Computer Science and moulds  them as a teacher to teach Computer Science. The students will learn the programming as well as the teaching aspects of Computer Science so that they will have best possible skills as a teacher.

CAREER PROSPECTS:

This course offers a diverse career to students as a teacher as well as a programmer. They may take up jobs in schools as a teacher or they may also become self –reliant working as a freelance programmer.

Integrated B.Ed. Programme of Tamilnadu Council for Open and Distance Learning has been introduced to become an expert in teacher education It is planned to equip student-teachers with the basic knowledge and skills of education. Such knowledge and skills would help teachers to teach in the 21st century classroom of upper primary and secondary school students.

CAREER PROSPECTS

After completing Integrated B.Ed. Integrated course, graduates are eligible to take up teaching job at secondary or higher secondary levels in schools. The Course will be of great help to students who would like to pursue a career in teacher education

Baccalaureate of Business Administration (BBA) is a three year degree program. This degree aims at providing fundamental education in business and management principles. A BBA degree holder gets entry-level positions in many corporations and factories. The  person would do lot of backend work, and provide support services to senior management people. Exceptional candidates could expect to do some customer interface, Also invariably, the person would top very fast, and would quickly move up the ladder. Since the degree will equip a student of BBA with the basic knowledge about corporate management and skills, it will help them understand the diverse functioning of a company. The Baccalaureate of Commerce (B.Com) degree is designed to provide a student with a wide range of managerial skills while at the same time builds competence in commerce. Therefore we have given in addition to the major, general business principles, finance, business management, human resources, statistics, marketing, economics etc have been covered. Charter  of Commerce is an undergraduate degree in the field of commerce and related subjects. It is a 3-year full time course.

CAREER PROSPECTS:

There is good scope for aspirants who have completed their Baccalaureate of Commerce (B.Com), both in terms of higher education as well as for immediate jobs. Education in the Commerce field is an excellent base for a variety of careers. On successful completion of C Com, aspirants can apply for jobs relating business and finance.
