Higher Secondary Education (Accountancy – Vocational)

Overview:
Higher Secondary Examination (12th standard examination) is a centralised examination for class 12 students. All the School Education Boards conduct exams during the period of March–April every year for students in their affiliated private and public schools. Higher Secondary Examination of Tamilnadu Council has been designed based on National Education Policy -1986, National Curriculum Framework-2005 and Notification of Home Affairs of Government of India-1952
Career Prospects:
Higher Secondary Education is mandatory and should be passed, if a candidate wants to join a degree course. Our main aim of promoting Higher Secondary Education is to make the students self-sufficient and give them completeness in School Education.  We have plans to eradicate school dropouts; students who have experience, but not certification. Our goal is to make them gain basic knowledge which would be helpful in their day-to-day activities and also in their jobs and promotions.
Knowledge of Accounting is very much required to become an Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Accounts Officer etc. The Accounting group forms the basis for furthering the career of the students in the field of Accounting. Each and every company requires skilled Accountants to systemise the daily transactions and keep record of the financial details. So a career in Accounting is a good opportunity to develop oneself and XII Standard forms the basis for Accounting Education.

Eligibility: A Pass in 10th Class (or) A Pass in 11th Class / Age Should be 16 Years
Fee: Registration Fee:  INR 1,000 and  Course Fee: INR 4,000 per annum
