          Functions of Support Department

  • ISD1The function of Internal Support Department is to handle hardware and software issues that arise from time-to-time for smooth functioning of all the departments of Tamilnadu Council.
  • The Internal Support Department will be headed by Senior Hardware Engineer who will in turn report to Chief Technology Officer.
  • This Department provides hardware and software installation, technical support and consulting to TCODL. Internal Support department provides assistance for the installation and operation of standalone and networked microcomputers, printing systems, languages, communications, and operating/applications systems
  • Analyse and design desktop and printing solutions to meet the needs and requirements of the TCODL.
  • The support staff will be working dedicatedly to look after the hardware and software issues.
