Tamilnadu Council for Open and Distance Learning (TCODL), Chennai, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pebble Hills University, Belize, for the purpose of academic recognition and academic cooperation .

Nature of the MoU

This MoU is regulated by

Recognition, where applicable, is subject to academic evaluation and institutional norms in force at the time of application.
