Chartered Diploma in Commercial Practice (D.Com-P)

OVERVIEW:

It is a Diploma course with respect to a Company course. In this course, the students are introduced to various aspects of corporation in detail. The Commercial Practice is an act of running the company’s administration with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and to ensure that the decisions of the Board of Directors are implemented in an appropriate manner. The main aim of the program is to build a strong foundation relating to the functioning of corporate undertakings.

CAREER PROSPECTS:

The students can start working for a company as Corporate Secretary soon after completing the Diploma in Commercial Practice. Candidates can work in both public and private sector companies. Several openings are available in multinational companies.
