The Examination Department conducts exams for students. It sets rules and regulations to be followed by the students. The examination will be conducted strictly according to the guidelines framed by the Council. The Examination Department will be headed by Controller of Examination.

Examination will be conducted separately for Secondary Education, Higher Secondary Education, Diploma Courses and Management Courses.

    Pre-Examination work:

•           To prepare schedule of Examinations

•           To appoint Question Paper-setters, Examiners, Moderators, Senior Supervisors

•           To appoint Vigilance Squads

•           To arrange seating for students

•           To prepare Time Table

•           To distribute Stationery to the concerned Centres, distribution of Question papers to the examination Centres etc.

    Actual Conductance of Examination:

•           To make arrangement for Vigilance Squads

•           To visit various examination centres

•           To make arrangement to collect the answer books from the various examinations centres

•           To receive the report of the unfair means cases reported by the vigilance squads from the examination centres
